Sharon Ashton has 15 years experience in training and communications. She has overseen the daily operations of assisted living facilities and memory impaired units for those with dementia and Alzheimer's disease. Ms. Ashton has also developed and implemented programs and provided support and guidance for families and individuals with Alzheimer's disease.

In addition to her experience working with people with dementia and Alzheimer's disease, Ms. Ashton is a past Executive Officer of the Alzheimer's Association Western MA Chapter where she supervised all business affairs for the organization. She is currently Director of Admissions and Marketing at Renaissance Manor of Westfield, a skilled nursing facility.

Gina M. Barry is an Attorney practicing with the law firm of Bacon & Wilson. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Connecticut. She graduated cum laude from Western New England College School of Law, where she served as the Articles Editor of the Western New England Law Review. Ms. Barry is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys as well as the Estate Planning Council of Hampden County. She is also a member of various other professional organizations, including the Women Business Owners Alliance of the Pioneer Valley and the Women's Partnership. Ms. Barry's practice specializes in Estate Planning, Probate Administration, Probate Litigation, Guardianships, Conservatorships, and Asset Protection Planning.
